We are a management training and consulting firm which specializes in helping businesses, organizations and agencies reach their organizational staff development goals.

Founded in 1987 by Charles Levings, the company provides the tools that managers and employees need to succeed in the changing world of work. Levings' programs create a more productive, more balanced environment in offices, making goals more attainable.

Located in the capital city of Tallahassee, Florida, much of Levings' earliest work was with government-based, as high up as the governor's office.

In recent years, the work of Levings & Associates has increased with private firms. The company's training has been geared to private companies, government, educational and non-profit groups.

All Levings' curriculum is tailored to the client's need. Programs offered may be as comprehensive as Performance-Based Management, or as specific as Time Management and Effective Writing.

Levings & Associates employs seasoned and personable instructors with decades of experience in their particular fields. Whether it's Customer Service, Diversity in the Workplace, Sexual Harassment or Project Management, our consultants and trainers are among the most respected professionals among their peers.

No matter what expertise they bring, all instructor associates engage students through self-assessment and experiential-learning. Each student is also given tools to take back to the workplace.

Levings & Associates recognizes that accountability is an important consideration for any training program. That's why the company employs, at minimum, confidential instructor evaluations and offers pre- and post testing or even 360° evaluations to demonstrate training effectiveness.
